Automatic activity reports

1. What are automatic reports

Automatic reports are regular summaries that the casino sends to you by e-mail or in your personal account without additional request. They include data on transactions, bets, winnings and playing time for the selected period.

2. Why they are needed

Proactive monitoring - Timely data acquisition allows you to see increased costs before limits are reached.
Saving time: you do not need to manually generate an extract every time - the report comes automatically.
Constant monitoring: regularity (daily, weekly, monthly) builds the habit of analysis and keeps you within budget.

3. What data is included

DepositsAmount of replenishment for the period
Bets (Turnover)Total Bets

      • 4. Report format:
        • PDF - convenient to print or send;
        • CSV - for import into tables and self-analysis.

        5. Verification and confirmation of work

Test letter: many platforms allow "Send test report" to verify.
Notification history: the log of sent reports is stored in the office.
Special labels: Mark reports to easily find them in the mailbox.

        6. Analysis of received reports

        1. Comparison with limits: Check if deposit or losing limits are exceeded.
        2. Identifying peaks: Find days with abnormally high spending and analyze which situations led to this.
        3. Adjust strategy: based on reports, lower limits or activate additional pauses.

        7. Practice recommendations

Subscribe to several periodicals at once: daily for small adjustments and monthly for strategic planning.
Combine with external trackers: Import CSV files into RescueTime or Google Sheets to visualize graphs.
Share reports: Send them to a control partner or therapist to strengthen support and accountability.

Automatic activity reports make game control a simple and continuous process. Set up regular summaries, analyze key metrics and adjust your behavior in time - this is the basis of a responsible and safe game.
