How to delete all gambling apps

1. Preparation - Inventory

1. Make a list of all installed gambling applications (casinos, bets, lotteries).

            Open the Play Market → Settings → Parental Controls → turn on the PIN → block the Gambling categories.
            2. iOS — Screen Time

            Settings → Screen Time → Content and Privacy Restrictions → iTunes and App Store Purchases → Do Not Allow; under Content, set the Games or Entertainment category to No Apps.

            • Call the bank and request a transaction lock on licensed gaming companies.
